Before processing, figs undergo aflatoxin testing to ensure compliance with food safety standards. During washing, only a small amount of salt is added to maintain flavor, with no other additives used.
The raw material is tested with a DFA moisture meter to confirm that moisture levels remain below 24%, preventing fermentation in finished goods. At customer request, we can reduce moisture further to create a firmer paste suitable for specific production needs.
Throughout the process, figs are cleaned thoroughly, and stems are individually removed to guarantee product purity. The result is a safe, clean, and naturally delicious fig paste ready for use across a wide range of food applications.
