    • Payments in U.S. Dollars (USD) may be made via ACH or wire transfer to any of our corporate accounts at Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase, Wells Fargo, Citibank, or U.S. Bank.
    • Please include your order number as the reference to ensure prompt allocation.

1.2. Credit Card

    • We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) through our secure Stripe gateway.
    • Your card will be charged at the time you complete checkout.

    2.1. Shipping Timeframes
    • Bulk orders: 25–30 days for delivery.
    • Special-sourced products: May require additional time; any delay will be communicated promptly.

2.2. Carriers & Coverage

    • All shipments originate from our Izmir warehouse and are delivered within the United States via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
    • Please provide a street address where someone is available during normal delivery hours.

  1. Order Cancellations & Refunds

    • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing support@yourdomain.com.

3.2. Refund Policy

    • If your order is cancelled (for any reason) or an item is out of stock, we will refund the full product amount to your original payment method within three business days.
    • Be sure to provide accurate bank or card details to our finance department to avoid delays.
