Mulberries are first sorted using sortex machines, x-ray scanners, metal detectors, and visual inspections to ensure quality. Aflatoxin control is carried out before washing and grinding. During washing, a small amount of salt is added to enhance taste, but no preservatives or other additives are used.
Moisture levels are closely monitored with a DFA meter to ensure they do not exceed 24%, preventing later fermentation in finished products. At customer request, the paste can be made firmer by reducing moisture further. Throughout processing, we guarantee that no foreign material is present.
The result is a clean, safe, and naturally sweet mulberry paste that delivers both flavor and functionality to a wide range of food applications.
