Production

The production of diced figs begins with thorough cleaning of the raw fruit. All foreign material of plant and non-plant origin, including stems and stones, is removed before processing. As with fig paste, aflatoxin testing is carried out on every batch to ensure compliance with international safety standards.

Moisture levels are monitored carefully using a DFA moisture meter to ensure stability and prevent fermentation in finished goods. Once cleaned and tested, figs are cut into uniform dices, creating a product that is both safe and easy to use in food production.
